Shipping and Returns

All of our candles are made-to-order, with production typically taking 2-5 days. Delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping is only available across United States.

Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, production and delivery times may be slightly longer. We will keep you updated throughout the process and provide tracking information once your order ships.

Due to custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or of we have sent the wrong product, please contact us withing 7 days of receiving your item. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
